Good season, but ended weird and feels VERY unresolved

I liked this season, but it almost felt like the writers and showrunner thought there was going to be 12 or 13 episodes then it became 10 and they said "well, we will handle all that stuff next season". The season was very unresolved and the ending felt weird.

- Walt's civil case should've ended this season. Finding out they want to build a golf course and the lawyer doesn't care if he's guilty didn't have much impact to me. Plus, he obviously isn't going to lose the case and/or lose his job, since that would end the show.

- Just like they aren't going to have Henry die from being cooked by the sun, so it feels like cheap thrills.

- How innocent/guilty Nighthorse is was also left unaddressed. It does look like Malachi was doing stuff behind his back, but if that's the case then Walt really does just randomly assign blame to him like he's been claiming this whole time.

- Henry being Hector just ends in a bar fight.

- I'm shocked we didn't see Zach again. Walt does so much illegal/crazy stuff he seems like a hypocrite to keep him fired.

- Walt and his girlfriend breaking up just felt random.

- They kinda just forget about the Irish Mob towards the end. If that was the conclusion of that storyline then it felt underwhelming.

- Vic is already kinda annoying, I'm not sure why they'd throw a baby and her being pregnant into the mix. She was being very weird and aggressive to Travis for no reason.

I liked the season, I'm glad the last two have made Mathias and Nighthorse more dimensional and it's good at being serialized rather than case of the week. However, the last two episodes should've felt more epic and wrapped up storylines. Also, between Walt beating up Henry, being mean to Cady, not bringing back Zach, breaking more laws, and on some level deserving to lose his civil case - the show makes him more of an a-hole and I don't think it meant to do that.

I never saved anything for the swim back.

Didn't they finish the season before they knew about renewal? Seems like they'd have left a BUNCH of stuff unresolved if the show was cancelled.
