Tim Allen's Last Man Standing recasting two major roles

Molly Ephraim and Flynn Morrison have opted not to return as daughter Mandy and grandson Boyd of Allen's character. So their roles will be recast for the Fox revival. Meanwhile, Kaitlyn Dever is still in negotiations to return as daughter Eve on a recurring basis.

I've heard that Tim Allen himself is the only cast member confirmed to return so far. Wonder how that will change the dynamics of the show if the entire cast is replaced?
