where does it figure best to worst MCU?

I'm reluctant to rate film series because I always find my opinions changing depending on whether or not I go back to rewatch them. For instance, I'm doing the Road To Infinity War thing by watching every MCU movie in order from first to last and I found that I didn't like some movies as much as I originally did and liked movies I initially thought were just okay. Anyhoo, here goes:

1) Civil War
2) Winter Soldier
3) Avengers
4) Guardians of the Galaxy vol 1
5) Black Panther
6) First Avenger
7) Homecoming
8) Iron Man
9) Thor
10) Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2
11) Ragnarok
12) Age of Ultron
13) Iron Man 2
14) Ant-Man
15) Dr Strange
16) The Incredible Hulk
17) Dark World
18) Iron Man 3

Civil War is still my favorite MCU movie, for many different reasons.

I would put Black Panther like this:

1 - Civil War
2 - GotG
3 - Winter Soldier
4 - Dr. Strange
5 - Black Panther
6 - all the others

Of those I’ve seen:

1. The Avengers
2. Spiderman: Homecoming
3. Iron Man
4. Avengers: Age of Ultron
5. Black Panther
6. Iron Man 3
7. Captain America: Civil War
8. Ant-Man
9. Guardians of the Galaxy
10. The Incredible Hulk
11. Thor
12. Captain America: The Winter Soldier
13. Captain America: The First Avenger
14. Iron Man 2

For me, the first Iron Man, Incredible Hulk, Captain America, and Thor are definitive MCU. I would put Black Panther at about that level.
