I went and saw the new Firestarter movie today. This movie got some pretty bad reviews and low ratings, but I liked it. Although not as good as the original, this is still a worthwhile film with some cool moments and decent performances. My rating is a 7/10.

It was quite mediocre. I'll say that it had the POTENTIAL to be a good movie, but unfortunately that potential was squandered. The film feels very cheap and like it was made for television. Just a cash-grab to cash in on King's name.
The most unfortunate thing is that the story COULD be turned into a good movie, but so far in two attempts this still has not yet happened.
It was pretty good, but the last 20 minutes or so was somewhat "meh".
shareI enjoyed it. A solid 6 out of 10. I thought the girl was good, also Zac. Not sure if I'd watch this again though, but every movie can't be rewatchable now can it.
I can't really remember much about the original flick, but I remember feeling pretty similar afterwards. I know I enjoyed the book. Remember reading it knowing it would make a great movie, I was wrong, two slightly mediocre movies will have to do.
If someone asked me if they should watch this, I'd say yes.
Meh, I'll say it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't very memorable either.
