Entertainment vehicles ABOUT homeland security bore the fuck out of me. I don’t find reminders of how vulnerable we are entertaining. I don’t like soap operas. I’ve disliked Claire Danes ever since her snot-nosed titled My So-called Life. I like Damian Lewis, but this was doomed from the inception.

I didn't realize it was meant as a vehicle for Danes so when I found out I was taken aback. What an annoying character. When Brody left I was out, I think it may have been a little before that. The show had potential but I don't think they really went in with a long term vision.
