Honestly...do you believe Armisen and Brownstein are platonic friends?

It's one of those things that just bothers me. In interviews they act all mysterious about it while insisting that they're "just friends", but I'm not sure that I buy it. Thoughts?

Carrie has publicly stated that she's bisexual, and I know Fred was married twice...I love the show and the chemistry they share, but I don't know why demystifying the true details of their relationship has piqued such an interest in me. I rarely take an interest in the personal lives of actors--I care far more about their work...but in this case, there's a strange overlap between the show and their real lives, and there's also just a bitterness/jealousy I seem to harbor for a relationship between two people of the opposite sex that is ostensibly so...evolved? And I suppose the reasons for these feelings of mine are all personal.

why does it bother you?

It's not backwards. She's bi, not gay.

Really? You really can't imagine two people of the opposite sex being close friends? That's just that far beyond you? Why? Romantic chemistry is more than being attractive members of the opposite sex who are friends. It's not that simple.

Thank you! They can totally be just friends. If they want anyone to know about any relationships they have been in, it's for them to say and not for us to ponder. Why does Charlotte care? It's private. They do so well working together; that's all I need to enjoy the show. 😀

Awwwww, you ship it! (as my daughters would say) ;) Heh heh, so do I. I've heard Fred say in interviews that their relationship is romantic and asexual, and that they are soulmates. So that should clear things up. :P

What gives you the right to "buy it" or not. Just because that may not have ever been your experience in life you shouldn't project your own drama onto others.
