I know hes Lone Wolf, but he must have a armed Predator Drone following him around and helicoptors to carry him around the world on a whim or something? he killed a crapload of guys and blew a tank up by himself? and convientiently pops up at random battles to to save Stallone and gang. I know he is the Lone Wolf but imagine if he had been in the team. Stallone and the boys are eating cake all day long and finally someone says..."Shouldn't we go this time either???" - Nah...i send Wolfie again, we have more cake left.

In all seriousness, it's entirely possible that he could have had enough weapons to destroy all the guys (check out all the mags on his gun) and one tank (just one extra RPG needed), and not so much "randomly show up" as he could have been following them the whole time or at least following Vilain's men. Part of it is also for comedy, because Norris is a legend, and they're giving callbacks to all the jokes and "facts" about him on the internet.
