Killing off their main characters? I know it's just been two games so far, but what the hell? I thought maybe there would be alternate endings...but their aren't!
I loved the game, but the ending was a weak payoff, sort of a waste of everything that Cole did.

I'd also like to give mention to Brendan McNamara who wrote L.A Noire and did a great job of the story.
Though sometimes a little uneven with missing plot points (Phelps cheats on his wife...why?). Overall he did a great job with the plot.
But it is a shame Rockstar are getting all the recognition when they didn't do much other then put money into the project.
The Team Bondi's team are the tallent behind the game.
It's like saying Psycho is a great film cos of Paramount Pictures. Not cos of Alfred Hitchcock, Joseph Stefano, Robert Bloch, Anthony Perkins, etc.
I suppose it's a double edged sword. I mean would the game have sold as well without the Rockstar name attached?

I agree, I know a few people that think as it has the Rockstar name attached it's supposed to be "GTA in the 40's".
It's a shame people are going into this game with the wrong frame of mind and then missjudging it.
Personally I knew what I was getting into from day one and have found the game to be amazing. Trouble is, I want more now. I hope other game companies develop similar games using this as a basis. I want to do some more detective work.
