I have downloaded all the DLC stuff. But, for some reason I still can't get the badges. I am a traffic cop right now. Do the badges come later? Also I downloaded the Chicago lightning outfit, but somehow it's not there. The other 2 downloadable outfits are there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
