I mean she wasn't drinking anymore, she wanted to just soak in the shower, she was looking in the mirror just before that and it looked like she was going to get sick (morning sickness?)

No sir you are not! That is my point, she is even said to be "glowing" by the parents... Completely agree she is pregnant. But she doesn't know it yet though...
shareI personally didn't think she was pregnant but isn't it beautiful that so many people interpreted the ending and all those little things in different ways? That's what movies are about: leaving some of the work up to the audience so that everyone can take away what they need from the movie.
I actually think the pregnant theory is a really good one - I just didn't get that when I watched the movie.
I disagree - there wasn't enough in there to suggest she is pregnant.
Anna wasn't drinking because Simon had convinced her to quit it to be healthier, she was looking in the mirror with a dark expression because of the weight of the situation - she'd left behind her family, a boyfriend and a career to re-start a relationship that may not live up to her memory of it, and she probably only wanted a shower to get a bit of space away from Jacob to think about all of that.
That's what I took from it, anyway.

I don't think too many people who thought Anna was pregnant realized the time frame of the movie. It LITERALLY took place over the course of a few years. If Anna was pregnant, she would have been showing a bit by the end of the film - considering a lot of time (weeks perhaps) passed between her breaking up with Simon and arriving (finally!) in the US.
I thought she was pregnant based on the fact that her mother kept saying "You're really glowing!".
