Do they remember what happens when they’re unconscious
Does the unconscious body remember what the other self does during their 7 days? Like to they retain the memory of what each other has done when they wake up?

shareIt's pretty obvious that Sue was totally shocked by Elisabeth's over eating while she was unconscious and that Elisabeth was totally shocked at Sue's behavior while she was unconscious. So, in answer to your questions, no, neither one has any memory of what the other has done until they actually see it when they wake up.
shareI thought the deal was they were the same consciousness switching bodies every week, if that's the case then the stuff you mentioned doesn't make sense, but if they were just completely separate people the whole time then what would be the point of it for Sparkle? I think they were the same consciousness originally but at some point became separate consciousnesses
shareWhat you said might be how that malevolent company was selling it but that's not actually what happened. The younger versions almost right from the start seemed to want to take over the older ones and had no regard for them. Look at the defeated old man in the cafe and then, of course, Elizabeth. There really wasn't a point for either Elizabeth or Sue, they were both screwed and both lived very separate lives from each other when it was each one's turn, with neither of them benefiting the other at all. Elizabeth should never have trusted that company to begin with but then there wouldn't have been a movie.
shareGood point. It’s not really worthwhile for Elizabeth if she’s really just birthing someone else who goes off to have a great time while Liz sleeps on a bathroom floor for a week.
If you’re not experiencing the pleasure of looking young again then what’s the point?
She’d be better off birthing an actual kid and watching it grow up 🤷🏻♂️
