How did she know where to get the Stabilizer fluid?

When Sue first comes alive her nose starts bleeding and she has to stabilize herself, but my question is how the fuck did she know where to get it from? theres no instructions about how to do any of this, its just packs that tell her the rules, but theres no specific instructions about any of the steps. Like where do you stick the needle to get the stabilizer fluid? how do you switch? where do you put the tubes?

That was my only real issue with the movie, The Substance gives you no step by step instructions about how to do the process, its got the rules on the packs, but everything else is "Just figure it out yourself". And Sue just randomly thinks "I'll just stick the needle in the spine and drain spinal fluid and see if that works.
