To look young but in turn you have to keep injecting needles into yourself every day else you start decomposing/deconstructing the second you pop out. That and having to keep sewing up your significant other and feeding it so it too won't break down. At least the popping out part only happens once but you're stuck on the substance and switch out forever.

Uhm, actually, many Hollywood celebs do this... :-)
We all want to look young again, that's just human nature, but consciousness cannot be transferred by injections or blood transfusion. However, holding back disbelief, if one were to have full control of the younger body, sentience & consciousness, there would be a lot of demand for it I think and people would be addicted, even if it is for only 7 days every other 7 days.
There would be a LOT of misuse, government regulations would step in long before this went public anyway, lol.
Many folks are doing similar now. Heart transplant patients have to take hundreds of pills per day. I may just watch this film to see what all the fuss is about.
