That was a CAM release and the quality is shit.

just looking at imdb - out of the latest 10 reviews, 5 of them give it 5/10 or lower.

And yes, you should always only check the latest imdb reviews - the most 'popular' reviews or recommended ones are all paid for.

Metacritic gives a reliable average of many critics from different backgrounds. I do understand that you are lost in perpetual doubt. Social media got the better of you.
