I gave up in the middle of second episode. First one was horrible but I decided to give it a chance since pilots may be chaotic. But nope. Second was as bad.

Dont be fooled by trailer that makes it look decent. Opening gave Passengers vibe and was well done. Thats all the good there was.

Characters behave like stupid 16-years old teenagers from Nickelodeon tv shows. Every singe character is annoying. And you want them all to die. And they suppose to be best from the best, smart people that travel to another planet. Then ship breaks down, everyone wake up and half of them are dead. There is very little food. Everyone at the brink of future starvation, With no one to help. What do they do? They whine like they are in a high school and prom is cancelled.

Very bad. I quit in the first episode. Target audience is age 10-13 maybe?

I was thinking the same way. What is the target audience. Its cant be 10-13 year since they dont watch sci fi in general. And that channel. It cant be 16-18 years old since main characters are too old for them to identify with and root for. Those actors are like 33-36 years old. There are two nerd teenagers who are mot pretty, wear glasses and are as annoying as everyone.

So target audience for this show is adults, people who like sci fi. Yet everyone acts like stupid annoying teenager. Who adults hate.

There were people who hired those charisma free actors, there were writers who wrote that script and directors who directed this mess. None of them should work in Hollywood again.

This show will be cancelled very soon. Since I dont see anyone watching it at all. I love all sci fi but even I couldnt watch it so bad it was.

The Ark will not be going in my queue.

I have not watched anything from SYFY since The Expanse (2015-2022); which I recommend.

This show is so cheesy. Almost done forcing myself through the first season but my goodness. Feels like a high school production. No good characters to root for.

This show has nothing on Battlestar Galactica 2003 reboot, The Expanse, or Passengers.

It is however, a step up from the pathetic Star Trek Discovery, but a very tiny step up.

I'm on episode 4 of season 1 and it's just boring. Does anything actually happen at some point. Its like Star trek except instead of exploring space they just float around and contemplate each others tedious emotional dilemmas. All the characters are bland. The tech girl with the glasses is just a huge over done cliche. I feel like shes trying to channel a combination of Abby from NCIS and Garcia from Criminal minds but more annoying and exaggerated.

Season 2 was way better than season 1. I hope they do a season 3.
