Jessa and Adam were doing their creepy role playing stuff and having awesome sex and whenever Adam would try to get Hannah to do that she (understandably) was really uncomfortable. The fact that Jessa just immediately went to underage role play, not realizing that this was Adam's specific kink kind of made me think they were sexually perfect for each other. That, and the mutual masturbation - they got off without even touching - just from looking at each other.
I think their awkward first time was because they both felt really guilty about Hannah. After that, they seemed to be banging all over the place. That fight in the finale episode was clearly escalated by both of them because they both got off on having angry makeup sex. They did it on the floor in the middle of the living room and couldn't even wait to take all their clothes off. That's not 'no chemistry' to me. If anything, I'd say the sex part of their relationship seems to be the only thing that works at the moment.
Jessa may or may not be a good friend but fwiw I don't think any of them particularly are. Maybe Shoshana is the least guilty of what I'm about to say, but they are all terribly self absorbed and selfish. I understand the betrayal of a friend doing what Jessa did but as a fan of the show I actually think Adam and Jessa are made for each other. They are a much better couple than Hanna and Adam.

People keep mentioning that Jessa and Adam are so much alike, they share so many qualities. And I think that would be great if the qualities they shared were healthy ones that strengthened their bond and brought them closer together, but those aren't the kinds of qualities they share. They're both stubborn, hotheaded button pushers and ex junkies with very little emotional maturity, self-control, or self-restraint. When you put them together, they don't balance each other out, they explode. Hence their knock down, drag out fights and that short stint they did in jail. Yeah, they're a lot alike, but not in any way that would make them a good, healthy, long-term fit for one another.

shareMarnie did tell Hannah and they never friend to hid it from Shosh. Also Elijah is gay and so not the same thing and Shosh was the one who threw Ray away by cheating on him. Hannah did none of them. In fact Adam cheated on her and Jessa helped him for her own selfish reasons. Jessa is wrong here. Then again Jessa acts without regards for anyone but herself. Season 1 she broke up a family! This is her pattern. She likes to distroy lives and then she plays the victim.
