Megan Fox - Not Bad!

I just watched this on Netflix and I have to say (though I'm normally not a fan of Megan Fox) she got a good chance to play an actual character in this movie and I was impressed! She disappeared into this character and did a good job with it. I know there is some chatter about it being unbelievable that a girl like her would go after a guy like Adam Scott, I must disagree. I think hot girls go after nice dudes all the time. This seems even more realistic than a hot girl going after a hot guy. Girls tend to want to be with guys who's great personalities will outlast their good looks.

Anyhow, congrats to Megan! I hope she gets the chance to do more serious roles!

Agreed! Wasn't a fan of her in Transformers, but I really liked this self assured role. It suited her.

Hot girls tend to go after guys who boost their self esteem. The guy put her on a pedestal thats why she liked him.

Agreed, she did a great job in this role. I was sad to read in GQ that she isn't planning on pursuing acting anymore now that she's a mom...

Yeah, she seems to get a lot of flack because she is in a very sexy package, but she has talent. She was good in this movie ... or she got a great role and great direction. She also did a great job in "This Is 40". She ought to get some recognition and be able to break free from her detractors.

You usually couldn't even see the tattoo though.

I'd never actually watched Megan Fox before. I'm way beyond the demographic that considers her the hottest babe of all time and to be honest I didn't know who she was when they met in the Park. So given my profound ignorance about the young lady I suggest my opinion is worthy of consideration when I say, yes, she was pretty good in the relatively small part she had.
