I have a hard time believing Kyle's concerns for Kim are genuine. Who can forget the way she treated her sister in S1 of RHoBH? She also allowed Taylor to treat Kim terribly. I think the Kyle we've seen since is a PR creation. There's a reason Kathy takes Kim's side.

Taylor would often yell at Kim and say terrible things to her and Kyle would just sit back and let her say those things to her....
