got some Razzie noms. Was it really THAT bad?
It looked decent for a late night dvd movie. Is it really Razzie awful?

shareI'm half way done..... This movie is very bad, very bad
Mathew Fox is the only good thing so far.
I not only enjoyed this film I added it to my collection; 28,000 + viewers, though, disagreed with me and scored the movie a quite low 5.1. As to Tyler Perry, although I've been a retailer of first video cassettes and now DVDs for 25 yrs., I had never watched a title in which he appeared. His approached was different than Morgans, but in my opinion he was effective in portraying Alex.
shareThis drug black people back 50 years.

Tangent.
So it's a racist time travelling machine that only goes back fifty years? But, that would put them in the 60's. I guess that's fine, black people were doing good back then. They would get free showers and laundry. Dogs really loved them. And the way the white people took care to knock out all the dust and wrinkles in their clothes. Black people would get free bracelets and anklets. White people would give them a safe place to sleep with guards to watch out for them. They even got their own personal drinking fountains. White people even made sure that black people never felt uncomfortable, or out of place, in any establishment by letting them know that that establishment happened to be full of white people at the time. You know, it seems like that whole era was very civil and the movement of people was just right.
But, it had to be all ruined because some lady didn't want to sit in her assigned seat. Come on, that's why they numbered the seats and put the number on your bus ticket. Every pre-schooler knows about assigned seating on the bus, and even in class. But, OH NO!, not Miss "I'm too good for assigned seating." That's why it's all, first come first serve now. I think Mythbusters covered the assigned seating thing already. And, from what I heard, the guy was obviously disabled and she was sitting in a reserved handicap spot. Some people are just so selfish, never thinking about others.

shareThat was awesomly hilarious!
sharethis could have been a great thriller and a great action movie but it,s not it,s a bad movie

The movie was horrific. Bad acting, bad directing, and bad writing. Truly an awful movie.
shareI'm someone who enjoyed Disaster Movie and thought this one was bad.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.
Very deserving of a Razzie. It was horrific.
shareIt's not horrific. But it aint great either.
sharePerry is awful, story is awful, and the character of Alex Cross is not likable in this one. I understand taking the film in an action direction, but the character should at least seem smart. He doesn't.
shareI can't think of one thing this movie did right. No character development, incoherent throughout, terrible pacing (I thought the end of the movie was still the middle of it), and pitiful acting performances.
This was a total stinker.
This movie is bad and it isnt entirely Tyler Perry's fault. Its unbalanced in the script, characters come and goand some of the actors' performances were altogether lame.
"Lemme at 'em! I'll splat 'em!"
Yeah, I saw it for free by using a Redbox free promo code, and I thought that was too much
shareWow, I actually thought it was okay. Perry's performance in the scene where his wife is killed in front of him and he's pleading to stay with him was a great display of acting from him. I'm actually at the razzie nominations and people not liking the film. I think most people went into this film wanting to hate it simply because of Tyler Perry being in the film playing the character of Alex Cross instead of Freeman or Elba. Perry was actually good. It wasn't as great as Kiss the Girls or Along Came a Spider but it was actually okay.
"I am the ultimate badass, you do not wanna `*beep*` wit me!"- Hudson in Aliens.
I agree but i think it was better than bot h those movies by one point!
I found it quite exciting and loved the action and smart serial killer sequences - well thought out i thought!
Its uncle Frank Kirsty!
Its time to play!
