I just want to say first off, like a majority (a pretty overwhelming one by the looks of it) of people here I don't Like Justin Bieber. I find him to be an attention seeking whore with nothing better to do then to destroy music, (and now apparently cinema)

But is this movie really 1.7 bad? I haven't seen it. But, I expected like a 4.3-5.9 or something, but 1.7, really? How bad can it be?

No, it isn't that bad. It's just rated lowly because of trolls/haters. Of course it's not a masterpiece, but it's cute and enjoyable.
