EP 11: Mickey 'raping' Eva. WTF?

Firstly, I really like the entire show.

I actually think this was a fantastic episode, one of the best. It was Such a dramatic interpretation and exploration of some of the more desperate characters that have been so entertaining throughout the entire series.

BUT

The scene where Mickey, after murdering his cousin, has the need to 'rape' / emote through sex, with Eva was just not in par with the feeling of the rest of the episode.

It doesn't make sense to me that someone so engulfed with guilt / remorse would feel the need to release his emotions through sex. I would actually make the argument, through my own personal experience in this type of scenario, even being able to get an erection would be nearly impossible.

A small blight on an otherwise very, very good episode.

Someone please explain this to me for I would love to understand and appreciate this episode even more if I could.
