This is a really sweet movie...
I gave it 9/10, because it's exactly what it needs to be. Funny, heart-warming movie with a good message and right dynamic between the leads.

shareYep one of the better comedies of 2012, it was a nice change of pace for Seth and was great to see him go back to the style of 50/50, it had many LOL moment's, I just don't understand why people who don't get his humor continue to watch his movies, it's retarded on there own behalf it's like this scenario i'll script out:
(scene-Interior=friends lounge, 2 guys talking)
friend 1:"Dude you know what would be an awesome idea?"
friend 2:"What dude?"
friend 1:"Let's go watch that new Seth Rogen movie"
friend 2:"But dude we don't relate to his sense of humor"
friend 1:"Yeah, but then we can be retards and complain later on the internet how we always hated Seth Rogen movies and this one is no different"
friend 2:"Whoa dude thats a totally awesome idea, my IQ is so low people think im a retard anyway"
friend 1:"Me to dude, me to"
*high five each other while looking face to face like there gonna make out and they're gonna make mad passionate love to each other*
True
shareMe too, loved this movie. Ms Streisand was luminous, Seth Rogen hit all the right notes, and I laughed and laughed.
One little touch I loved was seeing the Pyramid in the background as they were driving over the Mississippi River bridge into Arkansas, as well as the hospitality shown by the women at the strip club. Very Tennessee. :)
As someone who watches a lot of dark movies, I can say without hesitation that this is a winner, thanks to a dazzling script by Dan Fogleman and two exceptionally winning performances by the leads.
