It wasn't that bad after all
40 minutes in, I got bored and started posting here - the cheap comedic music, the everly evil villains - it started to feel like a horrible children's flick. But... it did get better later on after some dramatic 'real life events' occurred in the film, thereby removing the crappy children's movie feel. All in all, it ended up being a fairly decent movie with some crappy bits in the early half of the film.
