Cheesiest movie ever

So corny and cliché, 8,1? Seriously?
My favorite part was when they don't know "Heroes"- so bad, all the music references in this movie are lame, too embarrassing to watch.

Cheesiest? Do you even know the meaning of cheesy? This happens to be one of the realest movies about high school life out there. It perfectly shows how kids go without friends, how kids get bullied, how there are sexuality issues, drugs and alcohol, sexual Abuse, and so many more issues faced by teens in these times. So you need to reevaluate your opinion of this movie because one of us has seen the wrong movie, and it sure as hell wasn't me.

If you've seen Twilight, then you've seen real "cheesy" with a capital "C this was a decent enough, intelligent film for the coming of age youth, you really don't know your cheese.

"Want to know how to make God Laugh? Tell Her your plans...."

reply

Please stop making assertions when you have nothing to back it up. This isn't the cheesiest movie ever.

In the kingdom of the blind, you're the village idiot.

reply

Lol you're an idiot.

It's an incredibly lame movie. Blows my mind that this is has an 8.1

I guess you had no similar experiences to relate to in the film. Care to elaborate what your definition of what was " Lame" in the film?

reply

I have plenty of experiences that relate to the film, so it was ok because of that in my opinion.
But a lot of the characters and situations are some of the most cliched going around.

reply

Well, I don't agree with the score either, but I get why people enjoyed it so much (the messages about love/friendship/life etc.). To me, it felt unrealistic, yet people are always commenting on how true to high school it is. I don't get that, but I do think it's good for other reasons.

reply

My girlfriend and I watched 30 minutes of this and put it off. Painfully bad film that's vastly overrated.

reply

Maybe not the cheesiest movie ever, but compared to the book- yeah.

reply

Your life is the cheesiest thing ever. Genre: tragedy.

reply

That wouldn't really be cheesy... now would it...
