WoW! I can't believe the masterpiece that was REC turned into this filth

I completely agree.

Not the worst movie of all time but certainly the worst Rec, by far.

Characters looked interesting but weren't developed at all. Deaths were quick and cheap. The movie had no style. The story was weak and the ending was disappointing.

As a big fan of Rec I felt insulted by this movie, especially after what Rec2 left us on. I was expecting something epic but unfortunately what I got was an average cheesy movie that will be soon forgotten.

This was one of the most overly-dramatic, most aggravating, plot-hole-ridden movie I have watched in awhile.

Everything from the poorly-written way in which tension was built, by having everyone stand around gawking at oncoming danger, rather than doing something constructive, like making their getaway, or arming themselves with weapons, right down to the unnecessary attempt at comedic relief by having two guys run around in armour (I literally laughed out loud at this scene) and as well as a guy dressed as a giant sponge armed with a shotgun with the lame excuse of "I can't remove my costume because I'm naked underneath". I'm not even going to go into the chainsaw-wielding bride.
