What a load of infantile rubbish

Does Hollywood not make movies for normal adults anymore? Something with word and not the obligatory gunfire, explosions and thin plot lines? Is everything aimed at mindless teenagers? Mother of God, this was excruciating nonsense. Drivel

Whoa! Finally someone said it! For… like the ten millionth time over the last two decades. And the teenage shade? Hardcore! Damn, Michael Bay we need you to shine again! You were totally never criticized like this back in the day since you always made stuff for only raging big boys and represented all of Hollywood! (But if not, then let’s reminisce - as always - of the myriad of cheesy ass 80’s action flicks that were true INTELLECTUAL manly meat hot stuff. We need those back!.)🥱

But no, they evidently no longer do according to all the super duper adult ones like you (this place is filled with them apparently). Lol, you had a very bad time tho. Well keep yelling to the cloud, boomer xoomer.

So what do you think of Lloyd Hansen ordering major assault in Prague? Which clearly would result a lot of civilian deaths, a lot of bullets and casings on streets and destruction of infrastructure could not be easily covered up, especially in the age of social media. All of which if he had a single brain cell left would have known that he was going to be the scapegoat, and of course rightly so. Even he did not do any of that, he could still be killed for the possibility of knowing what was on that thumb drive. Yet he acted like he was untouchable.

Does that make any sense to you? The old action movies in the 80s could be quite cheesy at times, but I don't think it could reach that level of ridiculousness.

The concept and the plot were heavily promoted. The poster shows two grim guys, one with a gun, explosions, helicopters...

It was written and directed by the Russo brothers... the guys who wrote and produced Extraction, several Marvel movies.

If there's anyone "mindless" in the room, gotta be you for not paying attention.

Why did you watch this if you didn't want the 'obligatory' gunfire and explosions? I haven't even watched it yet, but that's pretty much what I thought it would have right from when it was announced.

I felt like this movie was an adaptation of a spy video game or something along those lines... whatever felt like they were attempting to make an adult action movie felt extremely generic.
