A great Saturday Night Action Movie

Loved Chris Evans.
Good fight scenes and explosions, and you could tell they didn't spare any $ on the production value.
Drone shots galore - never seen to many in 1 movie before, but well flown.
At a little over 2 hours it was too long for my Wifey tho.
Her loss she missed the last 40 minutes.
I liked it.

I found it rather dull and overlong, not entertaining or enjoyable.

Ya I could tell by your "One of the worst films of the year" post dude.
It's like you have a personal vendetta against this movie.
Time for you to move on.

reply

I will never move on! I must make it my life's mission to proclaim how crappy this movie is!

Ok...I got it out of my system. I am ready to heal and move on.

It WAS just a little too long, but I agree that it's not a bad way to spend a Saturday night. If they could've trimmed it by maybe 20 minutes that would've helped.

It wasn't as good as I had hoped, after the hype of being "Netflix's most expensive movie to date" and what I thought was a really solid trailer, but it was a pretty good mash-up of other, better action films.

The fight scenes didnt satisfy me fully, all the hand to hand felt poorly choreographed and/or Ryan wasnt good enough to sell it.
Call me spoiled, but I really wish they copied "The Raid: Redemption" or at the very least "Netflix's Daredevil" for the fighting scenes.
