Is this a poor man's Bourne Identity?

I couldn't help but think of Bourne, and how Bourne is a better story.

I also thought that being like Bourne makes this feel dated.

Thoughts?

Budgets are irrelevant to my question.

This one actually makes the Bourne films seem dated.

The more striking thing to me is that the Russo Brothers don't do anything that can be considered close to realistic. Its more of a fun spectacle.

Bourne would have gone straight to the top people calling the shots. The villain would not have been cracking so many jokes. It's a different approach.

Yeah, it feels like a rip off of Bourne and other better films.
