I didn’t like Red Notice but I really enjoyed this and would watch a sequel if the Russos directed again.

Yeah, I remember similar critiques of Netflix's Red Notice.
That's their movie making model in a nutshell.
Red Notice I found unwatchable. Within 30 minutes I'd shut it off and had forgotten it even existed until you mentioned it. The Gray Man, on the other hand, is very entertaining. I enjoyed every moment of it.
