no more please
shareWhy is that Hownos, I mean they want to do all the Novels......I take it you didn't like the film then
shareThe DID all of the novels MIKEYP. That is one of the issues.
That was not one book or even two.
They basically took all of the content and distilled it down into a 95 minute movie.
What is left? Nothing.
How can Roland "find" the Dark Tower when
the movie did not begin the way that the books did then it can't end the way that the books did. Do you recall what happened when Roland got to the top? How can they ever connect the end of the book series back to the beginning?
Are you sure Nosduj, As in the link the director explains there will be a sequel due to there being a'lot more to the story because there are 8 books worth......I haven't seen the film so can't comment but the when I saw the trailer it didn't seem like they had done all the books
sharethat's pretty incredible due to the reports that Sony wanted to fire the guy at a certain point because the test screening went so badly. google that online, you'll see the article.
I'm trying to go for an engaging, funny youtube channel so, if you have the time, take a look. Hope you enjoy what you see. Thanks in advance. A review of the movie here-https://youtu.be/rEXvFXvTxto
There is a ton of material that the movie did not use, roughly 99.999999999999999%, that could used used to make a movie.
However, what happened in this movie renders all of it moot.
The book series ended in such a way to tie it to the beginning of the book series. I will not even tell you with SPOILER tags because it is something you do not want to know if there is any chance that you will read the books. I alluded to it above but do not wish to ruin for anyone tempted to scroll over the spoiler blackout.
It is difficult to explain but with the way things were done here, there is little point in doing more.
