It's from South Park. Basically, they spoofed every Rob Schnieder movie ever made cause they're all the same. So , it morphs into"Derp, de diddly derp", because it's all nonsense!

But it's okay, because he's learning, that comedians come and go, and he is neither coming or going. Because sometimes, learning that copying a bad South Park sketch is the wrong thing to do, requires studying how one's brain is made of poo.
