Dictator Aladeen changes most of the Wadiyan dictionary words to 'Aladeen', including the words 'Positive' and 'Negative' causing mass confusion.

Doctor: Do you want Aladeen news or Aladeen news?

Patient: Aladeen news

Doctor: You are HIV Aladeen

The very end where he tried to pretend he didn't care about the shape of the nuclear weapon and Nadal argued with him. That had me cracking up big time. They really had a good comic timing together.
