Machete sucked. I found myself bored throughout most of the film and could have gone without Alba and Rodrigues.

They were all violent and fun, clever and witty. However, regardless as to whether or not they were Grindhouse features, I liked Death Proof the best because of the girl's clever, outrageous, witty conversations. I know a lot of people didn't appreciate it as much as I did, but nevertheless, it's my opinion that matters to me.

1. Machete - I waited over 5 years for this, and it actually managed to live up to the anticipation. SOOOO much fun.
2. Planet Terror - Fantastic zombie/action flick. Well done in every aspect.

4. Death Proof
Death Proof is one of the most boring, irritating, painful movies of all time. The female characters in the 2nd half are perhaps the most unlikeable and annoying characters in movie history. Tarentino's endless, tedious, pointless, go no where dialog among these characters is absolutely unbearable. The 2nd half is like an hour of tiny yapping dogs, it's that level of annoying, that's what the endless jabber amounts to. The beginning is tremendous, too bad Tarentino has such an irrational and annoying obsession with his, at least in this flick, AWFUL dialog.
