I would say it's a cartoon. With only around 15% human on-time screen.

Would have been better as an hour and a half cartoon. Technically it's a live action movie with heavy CGI.

It's meant to be live-action, but since we don't have tall blue aliens on our world, they have to use CGI to create them. What is the problem?

It's basically Attack of the Clones times a billion. Why even film any humans? Just make it all CGI and save yourself the hassle.
