One of the worst movies I've ever seen.

In the beginning this movie had potential even though the special effects were cheesy. Unfortunately the movie keep getting worse as time passed by.
The acting, directing and editing was horrific. Anyone who thinks this movie is good probably thinks the movie 'In The Name of The king' is a good movie.
The only reason why I watched the whole thing was because I paid to rent it.

By far, this was not the worst movie I have ever seen, but it was definitely not the best. This movie seemed to be all over the place and boring at parts. By about 45 minutes into it, I was fighting to stay awake and couldn't wait for the end. I'm very surprised I made it through. All that mess just to kill a witch? Sheeeesh! ξ€·

I rated it 4/10.

Oh for sure, it's nothing special at all. It's a mostly "by the numbers" fantasy film, but hardly qualifying as "one of the worst films ever".

Moviefool...I gotta agree with you on a lot of the Adam Sandler films too, he just doesn't cut it for me. Although, I did kind of like Anger Management, but that was because Jack Nicholson was in it. Jack is one of my favourite actors...and, if you ask me, there is only 1 Jack in this world. Gotta love him! 

As far as one of the worst movies I have ever seen, The Oregonian comes to mind first...but there are many more I can name. I know some will disagree with me since we all have different tastes but I honestly could not find one thing I liked about The Oregonian...not one thing. It was terribly painful to watch and the soundtrack was so awful it literally killed me ears!

I tried searching The Oregonian here on IMDb but it didn't seem to exist, but when I searched it on Google, it gave me this IMDb page: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1686327/ Strange how I had to Google it to find it here.

Anyways, that's what I consider as one of the "worst" movies I've ever seen.

Yeah, that's probably the smart thing to do Moviefool, glad to be of help. ☺ I just wished I'd had someone to tell me how awful The Oregonian was before I watched it...lol. It's a low budget B horror film, but the only horror I found in it was that it was made...OMG! 😨😱

Also a red flagger that shows some proof...The Oregonian only has 10 threads with 28 posts on the whole message board...and it's a 2011 film. Most of them said how awful the soundtrack was, other's said how stupid the film was, and a couple said they liked the film. I think the one's that liked it are ill. All and all...it's definitely not a popular film. 

I agree with OP, it's one of the very few movies I've seen that keep getting worse as time passes by. In other words, schlock from start to finish.

The only reason I rated it 3/10 is because of Rose Leslie, Michael Caine and the fact the movie is so bad I kept laughing here and there.

HYPERBOLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Tbh, i found the movie charming. I did like the actors and i found their acting plausible. Its not a movie milestone, but nevertheless its an enjoyable film.

reply

I like the beginning as well because of those beard, the big axe and those viking outfit but once he dress in a suit.. the movie just went from this is "good" to "meh"

reply

Really? So, you've seen a total of six, maybe seven, movies?

This was not a great movie, but it hardly merits the "worst movie" hyperbole.

And, for the record, I thought it was fun to watch. Twice.

If this is the worst movie you have ever seen. Then you haven't seen too many movies. Im not saying the movies great. But this is the most cliche posts on IMDB.

I turned it off after about 30 minutes, something I rarely do.
