the movies are often awesome for what they are- but in all these (teen) sex comedy films, it's pretty much exclusively white women getting topless or bottomless in the movies- there are never any black women, hispanic, east asian, east indian, etc. What's up with that?

People self-segregate. If you want a teen sexploitation comedy with a specific race of eye candy, look for movies marketed towards that demographic.
For black audiences: Phat Beach, Trippin', Love Don't Cost a Thing, ATL, Lottery Ticket.
Asians are probably out of luck. There aren't a whole lot of Asians in Hollywood. Let alone in this specific movie type. IIRC, Phoebe Cates of Fast Times is part Asian. Harold & Kumar? Even in that movie, the love interest was Hispanic.
Hispanic isn't a racial category, anyway. So there are a few in white teen sexploitation flicks. Jessica Alba in Idle Hands. Selena Gomez in Behaving Badly.
you don't need to put a token black person in every movie. This is a series of movies following the exploits of high school friends, could they have included more black people in the movies.. sure.. does it take away from the movie.. certainly not..
I can't recall if any POC were at the parties they had, they clearly had Asian and Hispanic people there.. I don't think they personally excluded POC, as in American Pie 2, at the band camp, they had a few black people in the audience and I have to assume a few black kids on stage, I can't really remember as I wasn't really looking at the races of the people.
as someone else pointed out, for POC look for a teen comedy aimed at that demographic.. numerous movies exist that serve that demographic..
It's a capitalistic world and Hollywood will bank on what people like. Hollywood is starting to use non-white actresses a bit more often which is great.
