Do you think Zac Efron would have been better in the role instead of Justin Long?

According to trivia, Zac Efron was originally meant to play his role but he turned it down. Thoughts?

I love Justin Long in everything, i just wish he stopped picking scripts by dartboard. Dude would have an Oscar nom if he played his cards right.

Zac would've been horrible, he can't act. Justin is no Marlon Brando but his acting is quite natural.

But the eyes part at the end wouldn't be the same without Justin.

Justin Long was one of the (few) highlights of the movie.
