Anyone else think Ashley Benson and Lucy Hale

should have been replaced?

They are both talented actors but not up to par with Troian, Sasha, and Janel. Shay obviously should never be an actor in the first place. They should have killed Keegan off and made Toby just as bad as I heard he was in the books.

This show is not exactly excellent TV but it is so dramatic in comparison to other teen dramas that it needs better performing actors to pull it off the way the other shows like Gossip Girl for example do not. So, I kept watching other shows and seeing what actors could be amazing on this show. I study teen dramas in general to help with my research on making them better. Anyways, 90210 has horrible actors with the exception of two: Jessica Lowndes and Jessica Stroup. The latter would have been perfect as Aria since she plays a similar character on 90210. Jessica Lowndes is so dramatic and theatrical. She is far too good for 90210 and would have been much better as some kind of villain or A, or even the Mona character while Mona could either play Emily or Jessica could play Emily while Janel stays Mona. (Jessica Lowndes already did a lesbian story line on 90210).

Ashley and Lucy are talented but they would have looked much better on a show that does elevates them like Gossip Girl or 90210 probably would.

I would say Leighton Meester's excellence should be on Pretty Little Liars. Not only is she Oscar worthy on Gossip Girl but she did the chick flick/horror movie The Roomate that was god awful but critics thought she was the one thing in that movie that was actually really excellent. However, she was one of the very few good things about Gossip Girl and there is no one that could play Blair Waldorf better. Gossip Girl did end in 2012, so they could have brought her on as well after. She would have been excellent at whatever Pretty Little Liars casting director would give her.

Anyways, what does everyone think?
