The End.

Hahahaha........can imagine!

It's not the story it's how you tell it.

reply

IMHO, it wasn't told very well.

reply

In what ways could it have been told better? I was excited to see this one but now I am worried.

reply

It's difficult to say without more spoilers.
The characters just weren't very interesting. They all seem to go through some sort of mid-life crisis with their jobs. But their problems all seem to solve themselves, rather than the characters solving them. Along the lines of:
Something bad happened at my job, I want to quit for good, but now something good happened, so I won't.

It has 82 on Metacritic I think you can take your chances.

Read the 2* review: https://www.imdb.com/review/rw9083168/?ref_=tt_urv
The rest are from film school snobs and english lit rejects.

reply

Sounds interesting, apart from the making up at the end part.

reply

I thought it was more interesting than that. It was about being honest vs telling the truth. It is exemplified in every relationship in the movie - between the main couple, between the moon and her son, between the therapist and his patients, etc.

reply

Sounds relatable. Also sounds vaguely similar to that avalanche movie JLD did with Will Ferrell.

reply

I enjoyed the movie. It reminded my of Nicole's first film, "Walking and Talking," which also had a character who was a therapist, and worried they were terrible at their job. I thought that part was funny.
