Slow, but interesting... but I don't recommend.

Seeing the ideas about what the near future could be like was interesting, and a lot of it felt it had a realistic expectation.

The concept behind the pod baby thing was well done and it carried the movie well to the end, but then...

... spoiler...

... it didn't quite go where it felt like it was going, for me anyway. After what the company lady had been saying about how the pod is company property and they need the code to open it, etc, and not to take it home for the home birth, it felt like the company was going to claim a further contract condition that the baby inside it must be born at the Pegazus facility with the proper techs present otherwise something awful will happen. It just felt like the company had some kind of claim over it or the baby is somehow dependent on Pegazus, after seeing all the pods hooked up with those cables when he steals it.

So when it just ended like it did, with the birth, it was very anti-climactic and disappointing. It felt like there was an additional bit of drama yet to come. After all they went through with the company, it just ended right there, all happy, and felt like a bit of a waste having watched it to that point.
