Did she get recently pregnant or something? I mean even tons of make-up could not hide that she is pretty chubby. Not fat but not as lean as before.

Feel free to watch a beauty pageant some time and see how many chunky girls are in the pageant. Take a look at what type of women famous/rich men tend to date.
btw, I have nothing against larger women. But the world isn't tricking us into liking thinner women. The world noticed we liked that and started putting it on the covers to make money.

Stop looking at mass media to tell you what you should look like. Go to a mall and just sit on a bench and people watch. The happiest couples are the "Norm" Not the so called pretty people.
Designers discovered that their dresses photographed better on models that did not disturb the lines. A decade of seeing this altered the culture's perception of beauty. Then came the era of photo manipulation and our view has been exaggerated even more.
If you can find clips of pageant winners from the last 7 decades the steady progression is very evident.

There is no "way a woman (or man) 'should' look." People should look how they look. Every body type and every person is attractive to someone, and you're not "wrong" if you have a less common preference. It's subjective, it's a matter of opinion; there is no right or wrong. And healthy people range from skinny to large; if you aren't someone's doctor or someone who knows them intimately, it's not for you to declare whether or not that person is "healthy."
Maybe it's no longer trendy to say that I'm generally more attracted to thin people, but I don't care; I'm not going to 'fat-shame' any curvy/bigger folks, either. Honestly, it VERY much irks me that the rightful condemnation of fat-shaming is now used to render skinny-shaming acceptable. Simply turning the tables is not right.

She is miles and miles away from being chubby, it's like that practical joke that was intentionally ridiculous in the film ''Love Actually'', where the stunning young woman who was beautifully curvy was referenced as ''chubby''. And Arterton was even thinner than that girl. Or Marylin Monroe back in the day etc.
Anyone who utters such nonsense has been deeply brainwashed and programmed by the corporate media and entertainment industry that is the epitome of unhealthy,unrealistic and anorexic body figue stereotypes that ignorant and utterly insecure people take with even a smidgen of validity.
Arterton is,by any medical standard,super healthy ! Not only is she not chubby,and same goes for most called such in the industry, but she is indeed lean in places where a healthy woman is meant to be lean(unless nature has given them a certain genotype of a body,like Keira Knightley for ex,who eats healthy and well,but has a fast metabolism and is otherwise very thin naturally in her upper body)
Women like Arterton or Hayley Atwell or a dozen others I could name are healthy curvy women. Any doctor will confirm this, their body fat index etc is proportionately suitable and healthy to their body.
One would think that with UK,USA,Finland etc having so many overweight or obese women,unfortunately, that the hollywood skeleton examples would be an even more obvious example of unhealthy sick examples, just on the other side of the spectrum. And yet,there's so many ignorant brainwashed men and women who are in delusion about what is actually healthy medically.( I'll leave the visually pleasing part out,since maybe some guys prefer women with little girl bodies without curves, so no judgment, taste is subjective)

Yea, she was a porker in this. I was shocked. She's not even 30 and I thought she was like 35 (had to look it up). She used to look good: no skeleton, just fit and with curves (her rack has always been bad though). Now she's last call material, maybe.
