sharei really think that severe car crash he was in did more damage than anyone knows, or that they're not telling us. he always seems really out of it and is staring off into space with his eyes wide open. also, in the episode just now, he asked bentley twice if he had fun and made a lot of hits. granted, this could have been bad editing (or edited purposefully for him to look like he asked twice), but assuming it was real, that kind of forgetfulness can really be indicative of serious problems.

shareThats exactly what i feel is wrong with ryan. Some sort of brain injury. The wat he acts is not normal. Those eyes really freaked me out! I always felt like somehing was wrong or off about ryan. But w.e it is it's gotten worst. I really feel bad for him. And i hope he gets help. They should not allow him to be on tv! Help the poor guy! He needs it.

shareI have never noticed his eyes being like that before. He was DEFINITELY on something. His mannerisms, having a drink in his hand, I would guess cocaine. He was bugging out BAD.

That was scary. I had a problem myself years ago and was around a lot of high people on coke. I don't think I have ever seen someone's eyes that bad. Probably for sure 1 of the 2 drugs mentioned unless he is smoking crack, oxy's, etc...
Heroin wouldn't make you look like that as far as I know. It's more of a downer drug. Have watched Intervention a lot and never seen anyone's eyes look like that from heroin. He couldn't even make eye contact and the hands moving around scratching and such really looks like someone on coke.
The first segment he was in he looked fine. His father is beyond pissed. Something is not right with Ryan. I hope he gets help if he has an addiction.
Was just going to post this. There is something crazy wrong with this guy, he's just not all there. I'm talking about besides his laziness and crappy personality. It's clearly mental issues or substance abuse, I would bet on it. Like someone said he's on drugs or he has some sort of brain damage that makes him slow to the point where he just stares off into space and can't think straight. The problem is, he was always kinda slow and air-headed before the accident, so it's hard to tell exactly what it is. I think it's gotten progressively worse over the last few years though.
This episode it is beyond obvious something major is going on. I've noticed him doing that with his eyes before, but not to this extent. He either had the huge bug eyes that were wide open and creepy looking, or he was doing the odd blinking thing like he simply couldn't control it. I personally think he might be on Meth. Certain things are definitely pointing to that. However, the brain injury is also an interesting theory. He's just such a strange dude in every sense. It seems like he has no concept of life or the real world, he's just there in some mental trance. Plus it weirds me out how he's in his mid to late 20's and pretty much all his hair is grey lol.
