Yes this film will flop at the box office, because people have seen what they've wanted to see in the SIX seasons that first kicked off way back in 2013.

And no amount of awards will change that.

I'm down for a movie. Enough time goes by ppl will miss it more. Maybe it would do better if it was just a Netflix thing and not a theatrical release.

I wouldn't be surprised if they ditch the theatrical release and go straight to streaming it.

here here,
look at the travesty that was the Deadwood movie or the Entourage movie, both coming way past the sell-by date of the series' hay-day,
another great idea would be a Boardwalk Empire movie where Nucky is 80 years old
