How was Josh Hartnett in this?

Hartnett is a cool actor. How was he and did he carry this movie ?

reply

He was good/fine, but no he didn't "carry the movie", LOL. Not that kind of role.

reply

For one thing, he looked damn good! Haven’t seen him for awhile but he has aged well. Every other actor looked old and haggard.

reply

I suspect they were meant to.

I had kind of lost track of Josh Hartnett. Its like he got a big push in the early 2000s (Hollywood Homicide with Harrison Ford; Sin City) and then just crashed and burned.

Among the wide assortment of known actors(few of them truly "stars" -- count RDJ and Matt Damon in), I was surprised to see Hartnett given a key role with some dramatic force(principally about the dangers of Oppenheimer's early flirtation with Communism.)

I think I read somewhere that Hartnett took a break from the starmaking machinery. I'll have to check his imdb credits to see what else he was up to.

But he's in this, he looks good in this(as always, but more mature now) and he's good in this.

reply

Yeah he didnt crash and burn. He turned down roles and left on his own for a while.

reply

He was a bright spot in the movie.
Glad to see he's back on the A-List Team.

reply

Better than he has been in years.
