Problem with the plot. So, he killed....

...like 2 main bad guys. Josh Hutcherson and that guy from first facility. Maybe there was middle boss from second facility.

Then killed like who knows how much secret agents of whoever that was. Some security people. Who basically just people on hire and not villains. They probably didn't even knew what they are guarding. Also some SWAT team.

But... he let go all those scammers! And they are the real villains. And none of them will stop. They will just go to work on another facility. Two times he entered room fool of the people who literally steal money from people. And he just lets them go. Instead of killing all.

And keep in mind that he doesn't even know who scammed his lady friend. It could be any of those scammers he let go. I was just rooting for him to kill them all. They are scum of earth. I was angry at him for not doing it.

Going after the scammers and killing them was the best part of the movie. It should of just been about that somehow. To have a bunch of crazy goons with automatic weapons running around the president is one of many many things that was way too unbelievable for me. But I will say that the first hour was fun.

I guess to kill or not to kill depends on whether the target is responsible for the death of an innocent person or not.

Yeah, I totally not get that part and was actually disgusted. In the first call center, he let the scammer (who at best does not care what they do or at worst do it on full purpose) all go, but the poor security guys he tell "I will burn this down, who gets out survives, good luck" while half of them were unconscious. It is one thing to kill in "self-defense", but that were totally unnecessary kills.
He also attacks later the SWAT and secret service, who just do their job, at least some of them had broken bones, if not even dead. This was the disgusting part of the movie. I don't mind when he killed goons, who actively hired to kill him off, as that was kind of a fair game.

And yes, the scammers I think all survive except the boss of the first call center and Hutcherson, isn't it? Even the definitely disgusting scammers, who are happy to scam people to get rich on their own.

Agreed. It was also extremely frustrating that he (as well as the audience) didn't get any closure on who scammed Eloise.

Garnett scammed Eloise . He cut off his fingers and tied him to the back of the pickup truck

THERE WAS NO REVEAL BECAUSE IT HAPPENED POINT BLANK IN THE MOVIE...IT WAS THE SCENE THAT ESTABLISHED THE SCAM CENTER AND LED TO HER SUICIDE.

He knew he was directly doing it and a scumbag. He just let him live because he needed to track the people behind the scam.

I hate to prolong the argument but there still wasn't a direct reference in Statham knowing the guy was the one on the call with Rashaad. Yes, Statham knew he was the ring leader of that branch but for all he knew it could've been one of the many scam artists in the room.

He directly identified that the small scammer are not the problem and killing them would not bring him anything except extra work. He wanted to kill the head, and so he was tracking him. As there was no chance (except they cut it) that Statham knew the guy and his goons coming to his barn, we can only assume he already planned that. Not sure, if he had achieved anything useful, if he had killed everyone in the building.

Sure it would. It would have sent a message to scammers, there are consequences for their actions, not just from the law.

I don't think you noticed, but he only killed a few law enforcement. Injured and maimed them, but hardly any kills. I tried to keep track of it. He killed the unit Westwyld sent to the second facility and the ones at the mansion, but mostly avoided the cops.

Do you remember at the second place he shot every cop at the entrance, or the lift scene where police were cut in half? Or the explosion targeting secret service personnel at the end?

It's kind of like blowing up the death star. Certainly not every storm trooper on board knew how evil their bosses were, but they were supporting them all the same, so they had to go as well.

Exactly, the problem is he let go most of the scammers, he killed maybe 1 manager and 1 boss. But he killed way more police.

Do you think once the boss is gone, the scammers will just do something else? Or they will just start somewhere else?

The people working the scams were definitely pieces of shit, but Stratham going in the building guns blazing and killing everything that moved would have taken him from hero out for justice to psychotic terrorist.

I think he was content with cutting the head off the snake and shutting the operation down.

No, that would make him a mass shooter, a very insignificant part of statistics, 1 day national, 3 day local news, tops, there is an chance of entering insanity plea.

He was already an arsonist, and at the second place, a police killer, that was no less high profile than terrorist, since FBI was already involved.

My point is the operation won't shut down, like hydro in a sense, you cut off one head, there is going to be 9, in their case 20, as long as there is profit to be made.

With the massive NSA global surveillance have you seen scamming activity reduced or increased?

I don't know about you but I receive on average at least 1 scam call per week, in past 2 months 2 of my credit cards had unauthorised transactions. I now lock all my credit cards through phone app and only unlock before use.

Mass Shooters are domestic terrorist, but that's just semantics.

Anyways, your assuming the man was finished with them at the end of the movie. Who knows what his plans are going forward. Could be that he's giving the worker bees one chance to change their ways and will crush them if they start up again.

Though anyone who was high up enough to have Peeta's special scamming code and could start the business up again, also knows why the Beekeeper came after them and that nothing is stopping him from doing the same again.

The code was to filter out targets, CIA programs are convenient, I think most importantly free, at least to him, but there are a lot of private data mining services like that base on various public and private databases such as facebook, but they need to pay for such information.

Average scammers can actually buy lists of contacts and start dialing with an automatic dialing machine, most scam calls I received are of that natural, sometimes cold calling scammers know my name, and I bet that information was more likely from telecom than CIA. In Australia you need to pay Telstra a fee to be unlisted.

The point is they don't need CIA code, it was just convenient.

Unless they scammed his landlord again I don't think he would do that again. Scamming started long before that, countless scamming happened without him knowing, won't stop till the end of time.
