So you're telling me these people colonized the galaxy but still can't figure out how to heal male baldness?

Seriously all members of Harkonnen family male were bald, that has to be a choice.

The Harkonnen baldness is a choice, not a disease or genetic disorder. It was also an artistic choice of the film-makers (and a stupid one at that) to make the bad guys bald so they would look less human and uglier than they already were.
