So Daryl is now responsible for Glenn and Rick's death

Yeah i know Rick didn't die but to himself and the group they all think he's dead so yeah it just funny when thinking about it how he's responsible for both of their demises at least as far as they know.

I mean if not for Daryl Rick never would have been in that situation, he would have been back at Alexandria trying to convince Maggie not to kill Negan.

Also Rick will very likely die in the movies they make, cause theres no reason Rick wouldn't be trying to get back to his family at some point and 6 years later he's still not got back to them? Yeah he's gotta be dead in the current timeline which would be Daryl's fault.

What really "killed" Rick was that he insisted on leading the walkers away from the bridge while Daryl didn't want him to go that way.

Yeah but Rick wouldn't have even had the option to decide that if Daryl hadn't got them down in that hole in the first place.

Guess so.

It depends on how you want to see it.
You can say it's Maggie's fault or Negan's fault or anyone's fault but Ricks choice. I don't, in any way, see this as Daryl's fault myself.
Rick wanted to go stop Maggie but he also wanted to lead the walkers away against Daryl's better judgement.
I don't even see Glenn's death as Daryl's fault. He spoke out of turn probably thinking he was the vulnerable one and not knowing who they were dealing with.
But it was Negan that killed Glenn and you can blame Rick as much as anyone for getting them in that position in the first place. Ultimately I just blame Negan.

At Negan's lineup they had an emotional free card as he called it, if Glenn didn't use it up with his outburst when Negan suggested to kill Maggie he would've been fine after Daryl's punch, so in a way Glenn killed himself.

"Fault" implies intention. He didn't mean for Glen to die, certainly didn't mean for Rick to die. So no, nothing is his fault. Sometimes, shit just happens.
