Cause they've been constantly firing guns ever since the season started, its like they got the GTA cheat code for infinite ammo.

The US has shit tons of ammo and there are a lot fewer people, so eventually yeah, but not for awhile.

And reloading shells ...
Eventually theyll be chucking rocks at each other tho

They have whatever they got from the oceanside group, plus a machine shop and all the stuff they need to make more. Negan took that shop over when he got Eugene, but as long as they are trapped inside their base, Rick has access to it. The ammo shop is a strategic target, and should be featured in one of the upcoming episodes.
