Those are claims, not evidence. You were asked for evidence that these things actually happen. I will add that you should provide some argument that if they are true, that as practiced, they are unjust.

In a serious world, a reasonable person would examine their own experiences and observations and realize, "oh man, he made a good point".

If you believe in civil rights, then a man accused of a crime has a RIGHT to be presumed innocent until the state can PROVE guilt.
