Why did this movie get the Oscar for the BEST MOVIE category?
Inception and 127 Hours are WAY WAY WAY better than this movie
Inception is overrated schlock. I've never even seen 127 Hours. The King's Speech is a cinematic masterpiece.
None of these movies are the best motion picture of 2010, though. That title belongs to Disney's Tangled.

shareIt's not a bad movie. It's nowhere near the worst choice in recent Oscar history. As a matter of fact it's a good movie, though perhaps not very good. However, it doesn't strike me as the kind of film that deserves major awards.
Charming, but lacks that certain something that would let me to get fully behind it.
